A couple of weeks ago, on one of my rare opportunities to sleep in, instead of doing so, I decided to do something I seem to do more often than not in fear of regret. Throw myself into an unfamiliar situation, to wake up at 4am drive to a secret beach, meet a group of women whom I had never met and be completely vulnerable. We smiled, laughed, journaled, bathed in the rays of sunlight and watched and felt all elements as the storm rolled in. This turned out to be one of my most favourite memories to date, I left feeling so completely humbled by the love and kindness, inspired by the strength and unique beauty of each body and so very content with where I currently am on my journey and excited for what is to come. ✨🌞
