“Unskilled work” just means high turnover. They are jobs with the highest numbers in the labor pool. At least, in practice. Obviously in theory it means a job that doesn’t require “skill” but every job requires some level of skill.

    There was a time when one income could build a dream, not just keep a family afloat. Work meant a home, a car, food, and education. Security came from fairness, not luck.
    People believed effort would be rewarded. A week’s work could pay for dignity. That belief built communities strong enough to care for everyone.
    Something changed when greed began to speak louder than need. The balance broke, and families started working twice as hard for half as much.
    Children grew up watching their parents chase the same peace they once inherited. It wasn’t progress; it was loss disguised as growth.
    Hope still lives in the memory of what was once normal. If it was possible then, it can be possible again. 🏠💭

      I'm juts sayin', You know what's kind of frustrating, is when a person like me who lives in poverty and understands all of this, tries to give suggestions or ideas for mutual aid, but there will be someone who's never been poor a day in their life drown me out and not listen to my input at all when trying to come up with ideas to help ...read more
