According to Fox 19 News A court-appointed psychologist examined the man accused of murdering a Hamilton County deputy and determined he suffers from a serious mental illness that impairs his rational judgment, an attorney says.

Rodney Hinton Jr.’s lawyer, Clyde Bennett II, told FOX19 NOW about the outcome of the mental evaluation earlier this week and then wrote a lengthy post about it on his Facebook post Wednesday.

The outcome of that report, Bennett maintains, clearly shows Hinton, 38, is now ineligible for the death penalty under #Ohio law.
